The simplest calculation for a SIAM with superconducting leads.
RZ, July 2011

The generated files are:

annotated.dat - level energies at each iteration
custom - expectation values of operators (vs. T)
data - input file to NRG, generated by nrginit
mmalog - log from nrginit
log,log2 - log from nrgrun
td - thermodynamic quantities (vs. T)

Reference results are stored in results/. They should deviate from the
obtained results only within numerical precision.

Format for annotated.dat:

E (qn1), (qn2),... [deg]

E - energy
(qn1) - the full set of quantum number classifying the state
deg - the total degeneracy of states with this energy

Comments about the results

The energies of the Andereev bound states can be extracted from the
last block in annotated.dat. The ground state is a doublet (2), and
there is one excited state with an energy below the gap, 0.0089273,
which is a singlet (1). There will thus be a pair of delta peaks in
the spectral function, one at -0.0089273, another at +0.0089273. The
associated spectral weights are not determined in this calculation.
